Evolution stone, increases nfe defences by quite a bit.. chansey is better in gen5.

Your Blissey "Wall" turns into Chansey "Stall". Not a good tradeup. Besides, no one is gonna hit Chansey with a special attack. If they hit with a Physical attack, (assuming you maxed your defense) 60 extra isn't gonna help a lot. It raises Chansey's Base Defense to a startling 14... Barely higher than Blissey's base 10. Blissey gets the advantage of Leftovers as well. Every turn you get an extra 6% added to your health, so Blissey only really loses in Special Defense, and as I said, no one is gonna hit Blissey with a special attack (unless its a noob, so I suppose if your using this team to prey upon noobs, its good).

It doubles it after evs and nature are in.... so i have like 280defense with a massive 750hp, basically taking a huge amounts of phisical hits,
